FIRST STEP
The first step is to contact us to provide some details about yourself and the type of accommodation you would be interested in. We then search our database for suitable properties for you to view. If at the time we do not have properties that satisfy your requirements, we then log your details so that we can contact you as suitable properties become available.

VIEWINGS
Viewings will be arranged at times that suit you, including evenings and weekends. You will be accompanied by a member of staff, who can give advice and answer any questions you may have. You will also be provided with a tenant enquiry form to complete and hand in to our office.

RENT
The rent can be paid per calendar month, every 4 weeks or every week depending on your personal circumstances. Payment of rent during the occupancy must always be in advance and preferably payable by bank standing order to our company account. The tenant is also responsible for gas, electric, council tax and water rate costs.

REFERENCE
As a minimum we will require satisfactory references from your employer, previous / current landlord, and a credit reference report.

ADMIN FEE
Upon reserving a property, applicants will be required to pay our admin fee, which is non-refundable.

TENANCY AGREEMENT
Our tenancies are granted for a minimum term of 6 months, which may be renewed if all parties are in agreement.

TENANT RESPONSIBILITIES
As well as making sure to pay the rent on time and paying the bills, you are also responsible for keeping the property clean and tidy. It is also vital that you immediately report any damages and any items that require repairs.

SAFETY
All of our managed properties are inspected for gas, electric and furniture fire safety.
