- Visiting you at your property and providing rental valuation.
- Accompanying future tenants to view the property.
- Your property will be advertised and will be let out within a short amount of time as we usually have tenants waiting.
- Getting references of the future tenants. We will strive to find the most suitable tenants for your property.
- Preparing a tenancy agreement (assured short hold tenancies), and arranging renewals of the agreement if needed.
- Collecting the tenancy deposit
- Collecting rents and paying you on a monthly basis.
